Please note that we require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations Waiting time window is 15 minutes then would be $75 /hour or the trip will be marked as No-Show

For trips longer than 100 mills we require 48 Hours notes for any changes or cancellations.

For trips booked by Hourly rate, we require 48 Hours notes for any changes or cancellations.

For Patient (passengers)in Wheelchair  safety, we require an Escort with passenger to maintain the safety of the patient in the van
